You can drop off unsorted batches containing fewer than 5,000 items at any one of our offices. For batches containing more than 5,000 items, you can use our efficient online application, the “Bundle Wizard”. The wizard makes it easy to add delivery and sorting information to your items. It also explains in simple terms how to prepare your batches for drop-off.

DHL Global Mail has its own logistics network. If you are sending batches containing more than 5,000 items, you can use our efficient transport service. Batches containing fewer than 5,000 items can be dropped off unsorted at your nearest office. Click here for more information.

Dutch legislation ensures that consumers can continue to use their local post office, that there will still be a mailbox near you and that postage stamps will remain reasonably priced.

Unfortunately DHL Global Mail cannot redirect your mail. You should contact the company that sent you the mail to inform them of a change of address or request that your mail be redirected.

If you have received mail intended for a different address, simply deposit the mail in any red or orange TNT Post mailbox.
