Instruments for International Direct Marketing

Lots of countries offer the same portfolio of direct marketing media. But media in different countries are used differently by the consumers. While in Italy it may be normal to use a newspaper as the medium for a certain product, in Germany the same product is typically marketed via direct mailings. The selection of suitable media should therefore be guided by the typical use to which particular media are put in the country in question.
